Return Eligibility

  1. Scope of Application: Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects, including but not limited to cracks, breakages, functional abnormalities, and other non-human damage.

  2. Time Limit: Customers must submit return requests within 30 days of receiving the product; requests made after this period will not be processed.

  3. Documentation Requirements: Clear photos of the product defect and order information must be provided when requesting a return to facilitate prompt handling by our customer service team.

Return Application Process

  3. Provide photos of the product defect, order screenshot, and description of the issue

  4. Our customer service team will review the request within 2 business days and provide a return address and instructions if approved

Refund Processing

  1. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included and shipped within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation email

  2. Once the returned item is confirmed to be eligible, we will process the refund within 7-10 days

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method; the exact processing time depends on the payment platform and bank policies

Fee Instructions

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. In cases of significant quality issues leading to returns, our customer service team will evaluate whether to cover return shipping costs based on the specific situation.

Non-Applicable Scenarios

Return and refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Damage caused by improper use or storage

  • Personal care items that have been opened and used without quality issues

  • Customized products or special specifications items

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
