Manufacturer’s Warranty
PEAK CLUB ("We") warrants limited to the original purchaser that our ski goggles ("Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Structural failure of the frame or strap anchors.
  • Defects in the foam adhesion.
  • Delamination of the lens layers (for double lenses).
  • Defective strap stitching or buckles.

What Is Not Covered? (Exclusions)
This warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Including but not limited to scratches on the lens (inner or outer), fading of colors, or material breakdown due to prolonged UV exposure over time
  • Lens Damage: Scratches, cracks, or fogging issues caused by wiping the inner lens when wet (which damages the anti-fog coating) are considered wear and tear or improper care.
  • Accidental Damage: Impact damage, crushing, dropping, or collisions.
  • Improper Care: Failure to follow the cleaning and storage instructions provided with the Product (e.g., using harsh chemicals to clean the lens).
  • Unauthorized Modification: Any alterations or repairs not performed by PEAK CLUB.
  • Lost or Stolen Items

How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team to initiate a claim (Do not return the product without first receiving a Return Authorization):

  1. Contact Us: Email [support@peak-club.co] with the subject line "Warranty Claim - [Order Number]".
  2. Provide Proof: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (Order ID or Receipt) and clear photos/videos showing the defect.
  3. Assessment: We will review and provide you with a Return instructions within (3) business days. If the defect is deemed to be covered under this warranty:
    • We will repair or replace the product free of charge.
    • If the exact model is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with a comparable model of equal value.
    • Shipping Costs: If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. **[Depending on the defect, we may ask you to recycle the product locally instead of returning it to reduce carbon footprint.]**

Compliance & Safety

  • PPE Regulation: This product is CE marked in compliance with the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425, and is recognized in the UK under the UK PPE Regulations 2018.
  • Standard: Tested to EN 174:2001

IMPORTANT: This Manufacturer’s Warranty is an additional benefit provided by PEAK CLUB and does not affect, limit, or replace your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws in your country of residence.
